How education shapes every smile we share - Panel discussion

At RED NOSES International, education is woven into the everyday practice of our artists and teams. From the first audition to ongoing professional development, learning supports how we grow, reflect, and refine our artistic and organisational work across countries and contexts. The International Day of Education offers a moment to pause and recognise this continuous journey of learning within our organisation.

This day also highlights how education strengthens our artistic practice in healthcare and humanitarian environments. Through training, exchange, and shared learning formats, we support our artists in developing their artistic language, deepening their sensitivity, and engaging with children, patients, and communities with care and professionalism. Learning is not a one-time step, but an ongoing process that evolves with our organisation and the environments in which we work.

To mark the International Day of Education, RED NOSES International organised an international panel discussion bringing together artistic leadership, organisational perspectives, and healthcare practice. The conversation explored how education shapes artistic practice, supports organisational development, and contributes to meaningful encounters with those we meet in our work.
